Hi everyone, I have worked in STmicroelectronics around 1.4 year. Nice IT infrastructure with R&D,canteen,tranport. Nice work environment and team collaboration. But lot of work, sometimes pressure too. Freshers has a good chance to learn in starting. Thanks .... If you are going in ST onroll then that's too good.

Great work culture, lots of opportunities to innovate and grow

ST is an excellent company to work for. Lots of opportunities & encouragement to learn, innovate, grow technically while keeping a good work life balance. Management and HR is very open and work culture is very conducive for a person to be excelling both on his productivity and technical learning.

Cons

Salaries needs some catch-up, Unlike US companies, stock awards are very limited

Employee Friendly

ST is a Great place to work and grow. The organisation has Employee Friendly environment and good opportunities for personal growth. The entire HR department and management is very helpful and cooperative. People of all age groups work here.
