ST is an excellent company to work for. Lots of opportunities & encouragement to learn, innovate, grow technically while keeping a good work life balance. Management and HR is very open and work culture is very conducive for a person to be excelling both on his productivity and technical learning.

ST being French/Italian Company, where family and long term in the same Company are standard. People stay long in ST, It is difficult to leave. Work in based on People and Technology. The fact that people stay long, it means that co-workers are more often your personal friends, everybody from all level is very friendly and accessible. Myself I'm in ST for 20 years moving from FRANCE, SINGAPORE, USA, CHINA, INDIA ....

Employee Friendly

ST is a Great place to work and grow. The organisation has Employee Friendly environment and good opportunities for personal growth. The entire HR department and management is very helpful and cooperative. People of all age groups work here.
