Unproductive and wastage of time
The local managment is worst in terms of integrity, value and ethics. HR and top management also aligned with the local management supporting malpractices and unethical way of doing business.No job satisfaction, no motivation. Even false commitment to the customer level to achieve just short term goals unethically.What would you say about your employer?
