New management in India is not supportive

In India the higher management is not at all supportive. The work culture is not friendly. There is no interdepartment collaboration. Higher managers are not aware of ground reality. Zero customer centric approach

you plan your day of working different surgeries and application of product to that Management is ok good workplace capital products dont get sale like consumables
