Working at Stryker was good. However advancement and growth opportunities are not dependent on you performance but who you know. This negatively affected the behavior of the employees

Great work life balance

Work life balance has been the key here in Stryker, with management striving hard not to push any employee more than what they can achieve with balanced lifestyle. Flexi hours, hybrid culture and bandwidth discussions are great examples of this. The exposure to global sites both physically and through project is also great.Only improvement point is to benchmark the salary with other market players.
