Think twice before joining this company

Think twice before joining this company, I have Joined as fresher and there is no training for me, but gave lot of pressure for unachievable targets. Poor management.

Worst & partiality management

Waste of time in your life,Poor management, I never seen this type of management, there is always partiality in each and everything. They will not process hike, incentive if performance was good.All social media, google reviews & ratings are management forced to employee for put the comments,if you have doubt contact your friends on branches old or currently working employee

Learning

I learned a lot from this company.It was very challenging in the starting but it help me a lot and increased my confidence.The hardest part of the job was of course the sales and the type of product that was being sold, but the experience was very rewarding and insightful.

Motivate and develop employee skills

Hi, I am proud to say that I am Stutzen's content writer. I started my career unsure of my own path and abilities, but I always had natural curiosity and an interest in learning languages, writing and exploring new things. When I was initially known as a manual tester for Stutzen, it was very interesting to find bugs and problems. It gave me a different angle of view from the software developer side. Learn the knowledge of software applications and understand every little thing we see in software or applications, it's not that easy to create, and which needs a lot of dedicated people's achievements. After that I switched to the marketing team where I did content writing basics like wish banners- it was thrilled and terrified at being responsible for content writing & banner publishing and website content writing & launch. First of all, I have to say that I don't know English well. But the team trusted me that I could do it, so I had the confidence to write and learn more. Stutzen team encourages and enhances me to write on my own. All I could do my best as best, Based on my mentor and team leader and my instincts. From my Stutzen support, I hope to stay focused on goals and move forward as far as I can to achieve more. Stutzen freeing up their time to focus on supporting employee growth and embrace suggestions and ideas from all, whose encouragement helps to view it as a seamless opportunity to build up career success. I hope Stutzen gave me the confidence to proudly say, will change every one of the Stutzians and future Stutzians will reach a journey of career success initiatives, -

A wonderful place to work!

This company is an amazing place to work at. Our culture is absolutely priceless, we are a family, we care about each other, our communities and give back every chance we get. My role allows me to work remotely and that gives me the flexibility I need to have a balance between work and my personal life.

Productive

Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. No one is ever too busy to help out each other. Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations. Senior management are open and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here).
