Work life balance is good, if you don't have a life.

Work life balance: You will have to work whenever they want you to. No working hours. I have to keep fighting for my personal time all the time. That's stressful, specially if you have things planed for your day. Work: Boring. Specially if you are in the global delivery or Customization or Support team. You'll learn almost nothing in terms of what's going to help you as a developer. If you're in roadmap team, you will learn a few things more that the rest. Management: Micromanagement is the culture. You'll be managed till the last minute of your day. If you like that, this company should be fine. (To be fair this is not the case for all the managers) Projects: Projects are always burning. We will be always on a state of impending doom. Projects are ill - managed. Bugs at production is a norm. You'd be expected work extra hours if a project is in production, and at least one project is always in production. So you do the math. Career: You will be made senior software engineer in the 2nd year of you joining here as fresher, with the bare minimum pay as per industry standards. Then when you venture out into the world with the title of "senior" you'll be expected to have a lot more knowledge then what you can gather here. If you don't do your homework and learn things by you own, that will create a problem, specially given that you'll not find such time with the work pressure.

Good for freshers

Good company to gain experience but saturation after 2 to 3 yrs. No focuses on employee development. Manager are the worst. No transperancy in work or decisions. Very narrow. Minded approach. Best to leave with in 2 yrs

Nice Work Place

Very skilled and talented employees, creates and environment of self learn and motivation. Teams are small and lrads, managers are highly approachable and helpful. Company spends well on occasional team building activities. Salaries and hikes are decent compared to quite a few other companies.

Too much of politics

Lots to learn. Still in old technology. Need to revise it. Management especially HR should work towards betterment of the employees. Managers must pay for the hard work

Good company to work, Company is good for freshers / middle experienced, worked on different telecom clients, has a very good bunch of Revenue Maximization products

Good leadership. No great career for SalesOps

The leadership is good. I have no second thoughts about it. But coming down to the function: SalesOps - given the nature of the role at Subex - it becomes repetitive after a while and I don't see scope for career advancement. It is a place to hone and build your skillsets but not one where you have future in SalesOps.

Fun to work kind of environment and love the work culture here.

Flexible timings is one of the added advantages for working here. No management pressure and chill work environment provides a great work-life balance. At times we would need to meet the critical timeliness and would need double efforts so as long as you can manage this Subex is perfect place to work. In the recent times many innovations are going on and would be an ideal place to showcase your skills and see greater heights in your carrer.

Pros

Flexible timing

Cons

Average Pay
