My trainer were open minded and reached me a lot about lab basic beginner to lab advanced things.This lab gave me opportunity to start my career .Now my aim is to get here job in the company .I will be most happy to be a part of the suburban .Its all about the lab technician ❤️🤞

Boaring place to work. Very much interfere from chief of lab.

No interesting work. Very much stress life. No professionalism. Less raise in yearly appraisal. No extra hours paid here. No management of any work. No system fir any work.

Better colleagues.

Cons

Long hours. No work life balance. Too much stress. Unnecessary extra work.

Most enjoyable part of the work

Good management Good team work and HR policyHelpful Doctors and staff. Very good cleaning and good management. Suburban is one of the best diagnostics center in mumbai which provide special consultation if any problem occurs in your report. Once we had done CBC report from the suburban, I got the call that the CBC is very low and consult your doctor ASAP.

No free lunch facility, but party is available for lunch

Carrier development

Personally I feel its a very good experience.Everyday is a new experience and gained knowledge day by day. All adjusting staff,work enviornment was too good. I learned many things how to deal with peoples. Because everyday we meet new people as a patient. The way of handling patient, how to talk with other person, in personal skill, how to develop ourself.It was a good journey for me.

Very encouraging and supportive staff. Many things to be learnt.

I had the best experience here be it with work or staff. Learning new things is a part of daily schedule. Exposure to every process is given to each employee.

Over All It was nice Experience working with the organization

..I was fresher over there .. Learnt so many things like QA ,QC, Audits ..Daily work without causing an error...Had great time and experience over there

Good organisation lead by dr arora Sometimes management meetings are elongated unnecessarily which actually delays reaching employees to their homes rather than adding straightway productivity in field

Many things to Learn

As a Diagnostics Company, the service benefits what they're giving it to the patients is extremely good. Just that the Salary part/ Long working hours to be taken care of bcoz we twnd to work at home as well on everyday basis.

Healthcare growing company with productive work every day

Currently fast growing comapny in healthcare diagnostics sector with lots of new learning things.job work is good same as salary prospect is good but limited resources which is creates many problems thats by employees feel about job insecure & also some management policies which is not favorable for employee & its benefits.job culture is ok not good.
