There have work culture is too good. All staff are very helpfull for new working training purpose. But there have no time limit. As per HR book staff working time 8 hr. But they are working more than 12 hr due to huge working pressure.

Production and vehicle

Production and vehicle system are very poor in west bengal. The condition of each car is very bad. The driver's fault in case of an accident. A driver and CD BOY makes a trip to crossing 4 to 5 nights without any rest. Very poor quality grading is done. Bad chicks are forcibly delivered in the car, so that the hatch results are good. There are many more but I did not say.
