Compiling and processing the receivables data for management is the primary task which is done diligently on a daily basis

A typical day at work begins with processing the data for receivables with the previous day's data input. All corporate and in-patient outstanding data are provided to the management. Updation of your data with the cash inflow received from various insurance companies and corporates is done. Processing of patient refunds and done after checking accuracy.

Having to directly deal with frustrated patients and their relatives.

the place is good foe work. we do daily work as per schedule and emergency work as it comes. learned to deal with most bad situation. Management is supportive and co- workers are cooperating and hard working.

Fast pace and great interaction with patients

I attended in the outpatient department in which i interpreted ECGs and presented and researched differential diagnoses. I also processed histories of patients to obtain signs and symptoms. I facilitated the physical examination of patient.I also attended and assisted duties such as stapling and operating medical camera in the surgeries. I filed paperwork for patients containing X-Ray, ECG, Medications, and other vital Doctors Notes. I learned how to converse with different types of patients, also how to interpret ECGs and X-Rays. The hardest part of this job was over coming the language barrier with the patients. The most enjoyable part of this job was discussing possible differential diagnoses with the consultant.
