No proper management and support from this company and also pay is very less .. Not acceptable.. No appreciation for the hardwork.. It's totally with scope of growth in your career.

Productive and fun workplace

This was consulting and Audit firm. I have completed my training from this firm and after post qualification, I had worked around one year in this Firm. Since I have undergone training from this Firm, so definitely I have learned most of the things from this firm. How to work under pressure, handle multiple simultaneously, understanding approach towards the function of the organization and many more, we have learned from this organization. Senior person of this organization was also very good and very much supportive.

It was my first job.As a fresher this company gave me opportunity to work with their various clients.It was fun working with various clients like Kotak bank,Idbi bank,Standered chartered bank,SHCL,Axis bank .Had great knowledge working for diffrent departments like Depository participant Retail &Custody,Trade finance,Loans.

My profile included handling all types of Audit at Ahmedabad Branch. My duties included the activities right from planning, execution to reporting.

A typical day at work used to be usually good.I learned to report to different reporting authorities simultaneously.Reporting to different seniors led to conflicts many a times which used to result in loss of time.The co-workers were supportive.The hardest part of the job was striking a balance between different roles assigned. The role of a de facto branch manager often resulted in conflict while carrying out the audits.Conducting the audits of an upper class clientele was the most enjoyable part of the job.

Good & enjoyable environment to work & learna

Being associated as a "Senior Officer - Audits", with Suresh Surana & Associates, i have to execute & supervise three departments, I have learned how to manage the work of 3 departments within stipulated time. Our monthly & forthnightly reports were time bound.It was a big jurk for me to complete the reports compile other locations reports & present to the management. My associates were co-operative.

Pros

we used to have group lunch with our senior in a quarter.

Cons

no more late sitting, hardly 2-3 times in a year.
