No support provided by the organization side in the employee growth, capacity building, knowledge sharing etc.

Actually this organization working with governments department on fixed terms projects, so they didn't provide any support to the employee, not working environment, no job security, increment policy is not clear, HR policy is not good. Not good place for employee as work pressure is very high bcz i placed at government office and alloted all the works. No support from organisation side.
