It is a good organisation that facilitates its employees to explore their skills. They work for the mutual growth of their employees and the organisation. Although they promote child centred education yet they acknowledge their employees' efforts too and make sure that they feel secured. Regular workshops and training sessions keep the teachers and other staff motivated and enthusiastic.A good organisation to work with.

Must say the environment out here is professional yet transparent. These people are very cooperation and helping. On time to time basis, trainings are being organized to update teachers' level. I am happy and glad to join this organization. It gives me a sense of pride to associate with them.

good and genuine Indian online tutoring platform . you can balance your personal and work life very well. though the payment is little less but its okay if you want to do a part time job in the comfort of your home without effecting your study or other works.

Pros

flexible work hours (minimun 3 hours you have to give a day maximum your choice.), you can take day off just by informing them through mail minimum prior 24 hours, you will get your payment within the first week of every month in your bank account
