Position as operation associate

Our job role it was not cleared they there are many teams in centre and they don't have the connection with each other and their all give the task on the ground on the one time only now manager wants to clear all the task at one time

What is the best part of working at the company?Provides a great workspace and a competitive enthusiasm for its stakeholders and always provides warm empathy to its clients and its stakeholder. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Nothing is that stressful which is considerable, only if there are any bug issues, or natural events like Covid-19, where delivery executives were given special instructions for the completion of orders. Other factors are any change in regulation or Government policies. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?A very sophisticated and innovative culture where any individual who starts their career in the company will inevitably feel blessed in all aspects beyond their expectation. The company provides its employees with a growth-centric environment where they can showcase their skills and improve their job portfolios. What is a typical day like for you at the company?During festive events when there was a bulk of orders, our upper management put their heels up to assist my other colleagues to reduce the workloads. That time they frankly cracked jokes and made us feel that they are our dearest pals.

not worth it.

management is utterly useless and has made it a point to cut costs by exploiting the riders on all corners.iam sharing some of the problems that i faced1.distance difference between 2 to 3kms per ride in google maps compared to what swiggy shows (they deliberately do this to avoid paying more)2.unnecessary deductions-the management is worthless they just deduct without proper reasons and never responds back when you try to explain.3.health takes a toll .4.because of reason 1 you get paid less compared to the amount of work that you do and total kms you run, sometimes it exceeds 170km per day.5.only did it out of desperation not going to continue ever.its not worth it.6.zone-you are usually assigned a zone but you get orders which are to be delivered outside of your zone area ,which means if the order is of 10kms outside your zone area , you have to return to your zone to get orders.(no return to zone pay) so in short you travel more but for less pay.

This job like fun

It could be better when people ask swiggy to rase the pricess for delivery driver. and swiggy support team is the worst team I ever experienced. They can't help with issue which I told them

Good place to work and gain experience.

It's a fast paced environment and it's never the constant work load. I was in the VM team and the requests from partners can become easier or even tougher and it all depends on how you do it and how sooner you can accomplish the results they're seeking. Management is nice, my team was pretty good too. Salary not too bad but yeah can be better. Perks and benefits weren't so much. For a fresher this can be a good environment to learn alot but yeah can be stressful as there wasn't a proper time slot given.

Stress less and not work pressure

Tha hardest is heavy rainy and heavy sunny time... and customer not responding and waiting long time for pickups... and the order was cancelled we could send swiggy offiec staff it's redicolous and didn't statisfy petrol
