A good company with great benefits to work for. A lot is said about Synchrony values but at least at the ground level I never saw these values in action. The motivation and leadership thought process doesn’t funnel down to the middle management and you feel like you’re held hostage by too much of bureaucracy. It works more or less like Feudal system. Good HR processes and benefits.

Substandard middle management, Feels like your working under a person than with the person, Many middle managers are rebadged from companies like Birlasoft and cause culture patterns
