If you are in project then you are safe otherwise you need to fight to get the project instead of management getting the project. There is no guarantee of getting project with great technology.If you want job security don't join this.

I worked in -synechron for 4 year as Sr Associate - IT operation. No work load. Nice place to work. Work life balance .Good package and overall all good

Excellent company to enhance skills. Good exposure to the client site. Sense of ownership is very high. One of the pay master in the industry. Overall good comapny.
It has highly skilled employees and good management. It provides good facilities and a competitive salary. Synechron had a very fun work place and very helpful hr team. They have various projects in Banking and Finance and hence it is easier for resources to move between projects in the same domain.

- Resource management is bit weak.

Bad people who are working their for long time, they exploit their teammates to get work done. No humanity, they dont posses any good behaviour niether good managerial skills. They dont know how to talk their employees. Specially managers i have seen.

Synechron,s work environment is fast paced. It involved working with lot of stakeholders and vendor management. It's culture is good, management is reachable, ideas are welcome, an employee is given space to present their ideas and work on different technology and areas.
They will give you the highest salary you have ever wanted but might fire you after 3 months. It's known for its hire and fire nature. If you are not on project be wise and find a job before they fire you.
The typical day at work include client meetings , scrum call and development. Mostly we have work to do, like very rare situation where you will sit idle.
Supportive management in case of any issue be it technical or non- technical. Can reach out to them any time.
Learnt various tolls like tectia, git , sql developer and udeploy
Hardest part is to work on JAVA codes as earlier don't have hands on experience of it. But I managed well and then developed few reports in JAVA. So overall it is great learning.
Avoid like the plague, only head here if there is literally no other choice.
I am only only speaking of the Pune centre, but I've heard the others are worse, not better
Synechron is having very small client base, once you start working , after some days you realize there is no any choice for you to switch any project, no definate time lines for an IJP.limited chance for Onsite.they always scam about H1 b visa, noinate more then 500 guys for H1 but hardly process 5 visa for lottery and its not transparent at all
Synechron is a good company to work with. competitive environment. nice infrastructure and good learning scope. HR policies are good too. Flexible working hours.
