DO NOT work for franchisee in Tanishq

Company owned Tanishq Stores are way ahead of franchisee stores in terms of work culture, salary & benefits, work-personal life balance etc.. Management does not take any steps in franchisee's manpower operations.. if you don't get opportunity to join Tanishq in company payroll then plz plz DO NOT dare to join franchisee..

Never try to work in franchise stores, company stores are good for job. No proper training provided and guidelines for specific work i.e. Cashier directly harassment by seniors.

Management and job is secure and environment is very good and especially managers are very friendly , but the timmings is very long morning to night , weekends are like fish market should handle 2 to 3 coustomers at a time , targets will be there , pressure is very more compare to other branches
