Prioritizing skill & multitasking ability is important , as often U will get urgent mail from multiple departments at the same minute about different work which needs to be done urgently...deadlines U know360 degree tracking of key responsibility areas is done at Tanishq, Everybody is expected to work and update that at system . That helps to plan future business, evaluation & accordingly staff is guided/ helped & thats professionally great but disadvantage is you can't skip your responsibilities & hide for long ..Haha

the day start with stock counting, I am responsible for a whole counter and the responsibility of the stock lies to me. I have learned a lot in the past 9 years, I have seeked information about gold and diamond. In this period I came in contact with different types of people which have improved my communication skills and public relation skills a lot. The management is good and understanding. The work place is fun bt not in festive seasons due to heavy rush of customers.
