Productive and fun working place

Good company with job security. Lots of good benifits and so much to learn. Work life balance. Good working hours. good vacation plans and believes in women leadership as well.

Amazing company to work with

a very fun and productive environment with energetic people

Usually the work starts at 11 and ends by 7:30. Timing was really flexible. There were many entertainment programmes as well like Monsoon masti, Annual meet etc. Team work was given a lot of importance.

Need to strike a balance by a long way

I worked at Target for over 10 years. They gave me good exposure to technology and business for the first 4 years. The company always had great work life balance and I really had a great time there. They always trust their employees. During this time they had a good career path chalked out for me.However there is a lack of planning from the higher management for the future of an employee at the company. They promise one path and the company might transform down the line and then they leave the employee in the dark. It is just not enough if you pay bonuses, perks and hikes. The company should take responsibility for the career of an employee. They can't take all your work and then dump you at the end. After a stint at the company on a project they should talk to the employees and understand their strengths and desires and then train them in that direction. The HQ at the US treats India like a blue collar community. They took away all our Business analyst and product management work and dumped us with low level coding work.

Fun to be insecure mentally

All I say is the company is good but the people over there is all foot licker of their seniors, Back talking and shining in front works there. I would not recommend this company to anyone of my friends.
