Production is going on as per plan

•Regularly follow the plan.•Learned about new trial parts , learn about •different machines and setup , tool setting alignment and work offset.•Management is not much good.•Workplace culture is good , Environment that create in our surroundings is very comfortable for new trainees.•For me now to learn on long and heavy machining parts.

Less financial and personal growth. They don't have mid level staff to manage the department. Only top management and juniors that creates problem

Company of Engineers who are paid lesser than they deserve
