I started my carrier from Tbss as a CSA.In Tbss fresher's get very well training and good atmosphere to grow in Carrier. I suggest people's to who are not able to become doctor , engineer,scientist please join Tbss and groom your in market for better life.

Management is poor stressful job unable to balance personal and professional life spend 15 golden years in this company and got only 3 lac of PF only and after 15 years company says good bye during Covid so not recommended to any body to be loyal to this company just gain the experience and should move on

A unpleasant Organization to work with. Very very XX and XX dirty political Management team. Have no words than saying "Never join this organization". Very XXX work culture. Employees are treated like X Someone who licks the Management climbs the ladder. Have seen such a disgusting team of top management first time in a career of 17 years. Dirty Politics to the core. Unpleasant is a very mild word to describe.

Good working culture

TBSS was one of the best company I've worked for. Only salary is less but it is on time. Cafeteria is very good and hygienic, all managers as well as HR are very supportive.

This organization run by group of clowns. They have years of training in that organization but does not have process knowledge or even common sense. Useless fellows. You'll not get the package that mentioned in the offer letter. HRs will give an explanation that how the system work is a whole junk. If you decide to join this concern, Jesus and Guruvayurappan may help you.

Management should listen and try to resolve their employees issues. No mentor / no body there to listen / resolve employee issues. Specially they treat bad with out of state / migrated people. They do partiality and want some favours.
