The days was great for some time. I learned about operation as a team leaders and also learned team leader work. Management is great for how to manage the difficult time when call flow is very high. Work place actually isn't good. The hardest part of the job that how to manage shrinkage, unplanned holidays. How to manage leaves and week off. The most enjoyable part of the job when is break, break time is fun time but also on work place listing a song and wanting a video, also enjoyable part that in free time we will made a team performance sheet .
