Productive and safe environment to work

It was over all a great time spent at Tata Chemicals. Got a lot of opportunities to learn new things. I found it an ethical institute and lot of focus is given on safety and especially women safety. There are ample opportunities for hard workers. But its bit slow to respond if you are looking for quick growth based on your talent alone as now it has grown up quite huge and thus top level decision making is not that easy .
