may be You have to work for the company in contract but belive me there's 0 job security if the client closes the bond then you will be terminated and you cant seek help from management or even your manager

No growth and less salary compared to industry standards

It is a typical 9-5 job with hybrid mode. It is 6 days working. Managers don't micromanage your work and pressure free environment. Salary is low with no promotion and incentive. HR is very inefficient
