Productive and fun work culture

Working in tata is itself a proud. You are working for the country. This company hired me as a fresher and I learned a lot. Of you are hired as senior member then don’t leave as this is for long term working culture.

What is the best part of working at the company?Very good HR policy and Technical Training. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?All is well.Traffic at out of company. It's just like we are in college meanwhile we earn money

Tata motors is of the best company to work, if you work in your leran communication skills and also you learn how to give service to coutomer and the best thing is you learn system throughly while you giving service to the customer apart from all of it you earn good wealth of money

Good Organization and Brand Value that's built over long term existence

Tata is good organization overall and has some effective policies, procedures adopted for employees from time to time . The company has it's existence for decades and has built trust in amongst the people and market basis their contribution towards the nation building.

Vision for people, community, nation is the key

Cons

Pooling of talent from open market is poor and restrictions organization from experiencing new ways, techniques those may follow .

Good Worklife balance but poor growth both technically and financially. No Hybrid mode or work from home given to employees. Could be better in terms of tech stack.
