I have come to know that for the last few years tcs has been recruiting employees through campus selection from colleges as graduate trainee. After a training programme of 1 month or 3 months they are allotted to some project work . There they work simply as bpo employee. As soon as they complete the bond period they leave the company for better knowledge and financial gain. Here I would like to suggest that there should be a system where recruited employee should be taught about the carrier path and the process in which an employee can grow faster as per his ability .
Do not leave such a famous company
No non affirmative behaviour when it comes to hiring and recognizing talents
The number of working hours should be decreased.
An individuals reason to leave may not be the right perspective to change the company - individuals may have their personal reasons and views.
Focus on their work.Besides employee can study MBA management course while working in a project because every employee use library for these purpose. most importantly job security is high than other IT companies.
Focus more on the tenure of the person and then rehire ex employees happily
