Have joined as a fresher, It was always my dream to work in TCS but Don't join if you are a fresher as no growth and promotion based on my experience and as per my current project in IT industry the seniors doesn't have manner and respect towards their junior team members and freshers.

For me TCS was a company from where I started my career. I still feel to go back and join my team because they were the best. Such a friendly manager.

What is the best part of working at the company?They treat their employees equally. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I didn't feel any stress working with TCSWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Friendly work environment. My Manager was very kind. We had a proper work life balance.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I was doing mid shift so going to my native was a bit typical for me bcoz early after shift over I have to wait for next day mrng to board a bus or train to my native. Apart of that I never felt any day in TCS as typical day

Organisation is good but salary expectations was not i worked for 8 years but salary within 24k it is really felt me down so thats why left the tcs, dont expect better food in canteen its really elecric cooled food totally dissapointed

Worst place to work at

Very bad experience working at TCS. Managers are like sharks, selfish, cunning and will always favor bootlickers instead of hardworkers. Would expect you to overacheive and give impossible targets. Even if you achieve, movement is discouraged. Managers will hold you down and won't let you grow. No collaboration, no activities, just work. Cafeteria is pathetic, old stale food served to employees at higher prices. Bad toilets, no hygiene, no toilet paper available most of the times. Would never recommend, even to enemies.

Long hours, not many food options at cafeteria, Bad, unhygenic food, office politics is highest, below average salaries, Bad, selfish and cunning managers, each and everything is bad about TCS

The environment is good and had many activities for overall physical and Mental health development.And had leaning environment that lees to personal growth in terms of career. Yearly performance evaluation . Various monthly training and short computer based tests which were mandatory.
