Good place for work

Job safety is very good but there is no work life balance you have to work for long hours and salary hikes are very minimal when compared to market If you get an onsite then it's a good deal.

Think why we recruit the person, is that salary is a market standards, give the priority who is having more experience and expertise in that project, instead of recruit outside or give the promotion and chance to the experience person to grow and give the proper promotions.

An organisation not for all

Cons: Management is pathetic and you will barely get any help from HR team. Absolute zero connection between top level management and ground reality.Pros: Provides best medical facilities among peers and good for onshore opportunities.

I worked for JPMC from TCS. Work was cool. Work life balance was good unlike from ftom jpmc itself. Variable was paid good. On-site opportunities are good well.
