I personally feel that companies like tcs and Infosys are doing a great job in recruiting a large chunk of college pass out, making them financially independent and transforming the person into a skilled labour.

Good place to learn for freshers, Good policies especially health insurance is very good in TCS. You can even claim for domiciliary for which you are not hospitalized.
