Tata Consultancy Services is good for life insurance, work life balance and descent learning opportunities. After a certain period management will push resource to managerial activities. Most orojects are average technological complexity. Learing opportunities are not as oer expectation. They force resource certifications rather than practical learning

Pros,On time salary ,and leave benifits . job security is at certain level is ok.CONS:Too many,There is not good quality projects ,infact i have seen people working on excel and words only .onlt motto of TCS is maximize profits by hook or crook ..they hire fresher in bulk but they dont give proper hikes to senior level associates a 7-8 years of experienced person got only 2.2% hike annually ,although this hike is totally based on rapport with account manager and managers.one cant expect hike og 6-7 %(which is maximum )by Client appreciation ,or quality of work he/she is doing ..I WOULD SUGGEST FRESHER ABSOLUTELY NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY ,instead plan to settle here when your package is high enough /after age of 35-38.

You will get good opportunity to travel abroad as they have lot of projects. Good work life balance. press hard for development projects. Overall good environment.
