I have personally not seen much growth technically. It was just a copy paste jobs though on cutting edge technology but definitely I didn't learnt anything new with that.

1. Work life balance mainly depends on Projects and Team you are working for.You will have free time in which you can skill up the booming technologies in the market.If you want release from project it is very hard to get release in TCS.They have a variety of clients on different Technology.
