I was selected TATA CUMMINS LAST 2019 On contract based for 1 year, compnay rules and regulations fully follow by all departments, with discipline. One more point i want to share here i was not disciplined before joining....bt after one year working with cummins there are lots of changes .... It is very help full to my future .... TATA Cummins Pvt Ltd is the good place to work and learned new technology and update my skills and learned management skills here Work culture is totally different compare to ashok leyland . Its really help to juniors and freshers to observe easily. hardest part of job means as of now i didnt face that kind of issue here . everything is good manner in Cummins family The most enjoyable part means flax ability in timing and we supported managers and customers and TATA Dealers also supported well from there end. Cummins back end team like Plant and ERC departments people support like back bones to us
