Experience at Tata SteelAn organisation which stands on the edifice of Ethics , Human Relations & System & Processes the day in Steel group starts with oath of safety , with all the employees doing Total productive Maintenance on shop floor in the morning with tune at music , understanding fugais (non - abnormalities) with review meeting by Chief of the Plant. Learning is "Lifeline of Tata Steel" on every walk one can learn the unique secret ie "Human Touch " is very much important while running any organization. Steel group teaches the philosophy ie we are custodian of shareholders wealth , our vusion is to generate wealth for the stakeholders but not at the cost of Ethics which is robust pillar of organization. Management of Tata Steel is very much co-operative employee centric for whom "People matters a lot". Tata Steel work culture is very much transparent it gives voice to all employees to speak and voice there issues infront of the Managing Director . The hardest part of job was not to introduce Multi skill horizontal as well as vertical for the plants of Boisar in Mumbai at Tata Steel. The most enjoyable part was playing sports after finishing individual work at Tata Steel . Playing gave us team spirit and transmitted & channelized energy for the betterment of employee as well as organisation.
