- Before an external audit, keep an check of the records & all the systems at work place, housekeeping etc.- Good relation with co-workers, subordinates & speriors adds to positive work climate.- To meet the production target with less man power in adverse conditions, like festive seasons, unfavourable climate were tough challenge.- Meeting the target as per customers expectations are most enjoyable.

Tata Steel Jamshedpur offers a good work life balance with 2 days off and a good environment for learning & Knowledge development. For officers the TEHP plan is a welcome perk that should always be availed for vacation spots

It was a great experience in Tata Steel Jamshedpur. Very friendly and cooperative and professional approach to everyone out there. Supportive work culture. All the amenities and facilities were too good.
