It's ok to work if you are not much ambitious. All slow growth. Task are not so standard all are planned to complete the objective. With comparsion with MNC. It's not so fast. But you will get sense of job security.For long run it may be ok.

I am looking after the Mining operation which include scheduling, planning and coordination between Mining, Plant and Maintenance to ensure quality, quantity and safety of operation.Everyday start with new challenges and problems and need to take immediate action to mitigate them. sometimes it comes in the form of increasing operational efficiency, sometimes in reducing cost, and sometimes in increasing the safety standard of the workplace.Hardest part of the job is manpower management at the same time it is the most enjoyable.
