I worked here for one and a half year I didn't wanted to quit but because of changes in the overall company I had to quit. My manager was the best person to work with and he helped me a lot to develop my skills. Lots of trainings were given which are useful for skill development. Thanks to Tata for giving me an opportunity.

The main role of CSM is to push revenue and gross in the assigned territories , as well the main aim is to establish better overall service to the customer. The worst part is that you are in a very weak position.
