I enjoyed a lot during my tenure with TATA , i got many opportunities to prove myself in different roles with in circle and out side circle too . My winning area was increasing Voluntary retention efficiency , quality score and audit scores .

Well in the job the day was started with assigning of duties to dse. What i had learned was how to survive in the stiff competition,what are the ways you can reach your clients. Basically there was a chain managment, each and every one had a superior.. The hardest part of the job was lot of paper works,even you have to do a small thing you have to go through a lot of paper works,this states the complexity of business.
Lot of paper works
Responsible for acquiring new customers. Learned distribution for Modern Trade channel. Hardest part would be to receive at least 100+ calls on any given day. Wherein customers are in hurry to get desired resolution.
Long working hours.
work life balance and a good pay master leanerned multiple skills and the managers are good mentors plenty of co workers makingn new policies , five day week is the most enjoyable factor
