Hire and fire, No management rules, Yes boss culture. Even you perform well they will not confirm you after 6 months thats is their protocal. for everything they will threaten to fire you, if you dont drink you are not fit for the team. if you dont say Yes boss, you are gone. internal Politics is high, people with talent of licking boss can excel very well. North Head and zonal head are like the owners of the company and HR is just a puppet.

Good environment, learning comes from responsibilities that are delegated to you irrespective of the work level.Senior management is always reachable and open to listening to your ideas.There is a need to be more aggressive in the telecom market inorder to lead which is lacking.Enjoyable part of the job is there is perfect work life balance and you can log in to work from anywhere.
Slow decision making process
The company is very good to work for. I have spent more than 9 years here and got opportunity to learn and grow. Management is very employee caring and always extend help on both personal and professional front.
Usually start a day with monitoring traffic reports, Daily Fault Reports. Segregate the issues which needs immediate attention and so on. Start working on issues of highest priorities. Analyze network performance e.g. ASR/utilization, for NLD / Local Traffic. Raising request for POIs where augmentation is required. Raising request for surrendering where utilization is less than 30-40% for more than 3 months in regard to BSNL/MTNL POIs. Resolving enterprise customer complaints. Coordinating with other operators to resolve connectivity issues.
Every day is a challenge in attending customer complaints & resolution within a defined time limit.. Meeting and Interactions with various co-workers didn't let me aware how time flews.. Learnt organizational behaiviour, interaction with senior management, how to handle a worst situation, and lots more... Co-workers are very supportive & truly a friendly environment... Hardest part of the Job - Not really as everything can be achievable in a smarter way... Most enjoyable part - Customer interaction.. had learnt different views on sharing ideas...
