Hire and fire, No management rules, Yes boss culture. Even you perform well they will not confirm you after 6 months thats is their protocal. for everything they will threaten to fire you, if you dont drink you are not fit for the team. if you dont say Yes boss, you are gone. internal Politics is high, people with talent of licking boss can excel very well. North Head and zonal head are like the owners of the company and HR is just a puppet.
Good place to work.Its taking care of people. I met with and accident while on duty. Company helped me lot. We worked for Wireline and wireless network rollout and its management. I satrted the Nagpur TTML operation from scratch. Like office aquisition/technical establishment. Launch of CDMA servvices.

i was worked there in Customer relationship management in complaints on billing department. we worked as team work and handling customer queries easily training for this work is given to us there is no hardest part of the job because all the employees are helpful and coperative with thir support i never found hardest part in my job. we celebrating their friday as funday as all team are playing game and enjoying for freshup.
