industry where you learn something new and makes you a complete professional

There is a day which will be cherished for the rest of my life as I got an appreciation from plant head for my work in time for an installation of mechanical drive systems which was for 40 days but with the same given resources and manpower I have completed the project in 20 days and everything was perfect with accuracy. But my area manager and project head have insisted me to check all the work for two times which I showed them within the same day and at last, i was handled to paint the whole systems to their surprise it was done in 2 days. this was proposed to the plant head who was shocked and rectified our work and asked who is the in charge for this, I said it's me he asked all the specifications I gave good verification then I have received a token of appreciation for my work. The day is most important one for me because one can achieve anything in life with three main things, they are dedication, willingness, and analysis which I think are my concepts of success mantra. I learned the importance of time managing skills from that incidence. the management at my workplace is so cooperative that they share each other's knowledge and work as a team single-handedly to get best results. I never found any hardest part in my job instead I feel blessed to learn something new daily from my seniors. the most enjoyable part of the job is that helping other when they are struck with any problems in work area where I can share my knowledge with them and solve the problem.
