First round would be simple , where you need to introduce yourself , speak about yourself for 5 mins or so.second round would be hr round I hope so.another round would be telephonic or video call round.and the last round would be operations round.dont Panic guys...believe you can and you are almost there....
Technical and operanitonal round(relating to process apply for).
Fresher - Written test, group discussion or essay writing, Technical round and HR interview.

The HR will ask questions about our family, educational qualification, additional qualification, work experience, expected salary, etc.
Voice & accent round
The HR will call & ask you to speak about your hobbies or anything else for 2/3 mins continuously in English without dead air, fillers etc.
Typing test
This is done in the company. With the help of Typing Tutor the test happens.
Operational round which is the final round
Operational Manager will come & check overall once again about the family background, educational qualification, additional qualification, work experience, salary expectation, etc & then it is final if I have been selected.
