Actually I would suggest by the matter of management do to prevent
They should really look into the compensation and job security part of its employees
I had working projet was closed .
Salary hike , no proper communication from HR and management
No sugesstion ...just to my carrer growth...
I learned a lot for my previous company and i am thankful for that. But their should be more emphases on personal grooming for next level. Organised more training.

Care for associates and bring a fair and transparent policy within projects to ensure no politics can be practiced within project group regarding appraisals and onsite opportunities and other opportunities as well.
