1 hour break per day
- During my time the company had a program running on every computer that used to log how much time the employee spend on google and other websites, different IDEs and so on. - We had to compulsory finish 8 Hrs of our computer unlock time as noted by that program or else we would get half day or no pay for that day.So that means no toilet/lunch/tea break included in that 8 Hrs.- In one meeting with British Telecom, the client was very rude on some other team member as a particular feature was not finished in time.- Just couple of years back the HR forcefully asked employees to resign without even giving them any notice or reason as why they have bees asked to resign.

I am customer focussed individual, with experience in driving top notch operational team. Been part of transformational journey with projects I have been part of teams which have delivered coat optimization, automation, innovation and high degree of customer satisfaction scores
Pros: Training and learning opportunities are good (only if you show interest) A kind of chill culture (based on your project and client, if you finish your work early then you can chill out) Infrastructure is good Events were arranged for refreshments (now they have been reduced a lot) like DJ nights, annual fest, etc. Cons: Only lucky folks stand a chance to travel abroad Appraisal system is bad Relocation is not an easy task Technology you want to work is not decided by you, company decides it If you want to be released from a project, you have to wait for 18–24 months at least only if your manager agrees with your request. Cafeteria services is to be improved.
Typical Indian IT company. The doors to the labour camp open at 7 and once you go inside they don't let you out before your 12 hours are done. No work life balance.
I left the company.
Everything about working there.
