Great Tech Exp

Compensation isn't consistent. Tons of last minute changes. Layoffs happen at anytime without prior notice. HR is a total mess. This company will use you like no other.

Nice place for freshers

In my project it's 6 days working, which is stressful.They will demand us to work extra hours for free without paying any OT almost everyday.Transportation will be available but it's charged(1k)If laptop is malfunctioned when working from home, it's a lengthy process to get a new lap.Work culture and support by the team is good.Less hikes but atleast this company will give hikes.

Good company to work with

Multinational comapny , Good Telecom and other IT related projects. Management is good but salary is less. Management gives more preferences to new joiners then people who are working since qiute a long time.

Joining this company is good but no one appreciate you efforts.

Salary will not increase as per expectations after giving hike.Culture is good but people are helpless.Project will not assigned to you even if you have experience more than requirement. Projects are less.

Job is short term period available as per process

Training programme is excellant . Job available for Short period of time. Job type was also good to learn to handle customer of different situations. You can learn the quality of coordinator as you can escalate issue to concerned department.

I used to do manual testing on mobile and software web applications. Work timing is 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM. I worked for mostly week days only i.e 5 days per week.

Excellent organisation

I am very happy to work with Tech Mahindra, but unfortunately, my contract is finished. It's a very good organization. The on-time salary and other benefits are also very good. The company is a perfect place to work.

Stressful place to work if ur on calls and strict breaks , but decent pay, if u dont have a good job and want to pile up money for some course or anything and if you are a student this place can be good , Company is good , but the process in calling is stressful , it's tough

If you want to do a quality work, look somewhere else.No money, no good work, micro management. There is very little hike, as low as 10k per annum.

Overall good except remuneration

Salary and yearly hikes are not even par with industry. As part of the team and working 5 Years over there.They need to improve the hike % at par with the industry standards

So much time 9 hours shift with so low salary no life only work if the salary would be good shift doesn’t matter and every time shift changes without any prior notice they will call anytime that come now your shift changed
