I got into the job at the age of 30 as a fresher n also many other differences but tech m culture made me feel comfortable and they showed no difference. I feel my life started again. So tech m is a great place to start. People from all over India works there without any differences. It’s all cool. Tech M is a great place to start and end. Job security. All the best friends. In RNR they openly moreover proudly announces that we'll give you all the money you want but trust us we'll suck your blood and make you feel what's the price for it. Simple words If you are in some big financial trouble and have nothing to survive on, you can join this company.

Pros: 1. Work-life balance: You get so much time to complete the work that you could literally spend 1 hour each day at TT court. 2. Lot of games/ functions.Cons: 1. Hierarchy-based structure: E.g. You can't talk to the manager without talking to the lead. 2. Extremely Low CTC: TechM is known for not providing the right hike. You could be there in the company for 6 years with less than 6 LPA CTC.3. No choice to select a project: HR could put you in any project of their likeness. You might be a die-hard developer being put in a support project and can't do anything.
