Everything is manager here, if manager is good then you are good, otherwise you are gone.You will get peanuts in apraisal. As well no job security, if you are on bench more than 2 months they will ask you to resign

Overworked & Underpaid

There is no work life balance. Constantly have to work for 12 hours even through weekends. And comp off is rarely given. The salary is negligible for the amount of work that we have to do.
