Worst system and policies. Tech Mahindra BPs has no understanding for employees.Robotic work culture.Had to leave just after 2 months. No contract renewal for other employees also.Just needed employees for BBD

I like this job because it is comfortable rotational shift and week off leave preference also avliable. And mu supervisor experience also good. No salary issue and incentive also there but score and task is to hard but i can deliver.

Good Environment Staff is good but Team leader dont talk well like always try to put you down but talking loudly on you and they never belive you that you are telling truth but your team is very supportive
