A decent company to work with. They provide a great environment and mentorship for the employees and great HR policies. Also, your work continuously gets monitored by the seniors, so that you can enhance your work method. Overall it was great to get a chance to work with the Techmagnate.

Lack of basic amenities.
Office place is awful. Managers don't know anything about management. Managers don't back their team. They don't know how to convince clients. No Work culture. You can't learn anything unless you are Sycophant.
It is used to be a good working place, but now there is nothing new to learn and there is no job security. If you can play politics and manipulate people then you can survive here. else there is nothing new to learn and no chances of growth. No learning and no career opportunities. Go at your own risk.
Office lacked basic amenities. Only advantage was I was given a complete work from home profile as my baby was too small. However, my boss was sweet hence learnt a lot under her.
It starts normally with checking emails from clients and internally.
