Productive workplace

Good work culture. Monday to Saturday. Management was good. Most enjoyable part is no bound of work. Do whatever you are best in. Just make sure you do your best in your job. The hardest part of this job is lack of good team leadership and good decision maker.

Traditional workplace

It is a kind of enterprise where boss is always right and your ideas are identified but no reward is given to you. It sometimes become hard to sustain in such a workplace where you are made to seat idol and no work is assigned to you. There are also issues with health leaves but what you can learn here is how to be nice to clients and show genuine interest in working with them.

forward looking continously expanding company

During my tenure i saw the mine capacity being expanded from 3 .5 mt/y to 6.5 mt/y and it was very exciting to be a part of it , evaluating the techno commercial feasibility of diffrent technologies and after selection of the vendor implement the project .

Great experience in Healthcare industry

Everyone should be always busy with a solution provider attitude, so that he can face any challenges in life. It's fun working here as it's a professional service we provide to all our customers/clients with full of enthusiasm & responsibility. At the same time, your team members should also have to be cooperative & I think I have got a very friendly & cooperative work-environment throughout my career.

Nice place to learn new systems and to meet various people.

It was a nice place to learn new working systems and equipments. I have learned many things related to quality and process issues of the petroleum byproduct polyester yarn texturizing process,labour handling,trouble shooting,conducted trials for new products,Taking corrective actions as per customer complaints,Quality control activities in the various production stages of Garment/apparel manufacturing,Coordination with merchandisers and buyers,meeting and communicating with new people. My co-workers were very nice and cooperative,they helped me in every difficult situation. The hardest part of the job is management is not realizing the importance of its employees,there was no labour welfare as such and no good returns in terms of salary and benefits. The most enjoyable part of the job is my coworkers and subordinates in short our team was very nice team.

Greatest learning experience in delivering products with just minimal time provided.

Was much involved in the Production of AD Jingles, Promos, basically the sound of the Station & also moreover the Technical maintenance, very different & unlikely from the Slow production of the Music albums which I were involved all those earlier times of mine.I did Love my work the most.
