Simply this is not MNC company you guys don't see any thing like this is professional company....this is one of the Local company full of stress and no proper planning for the management.there is no respect for artist .No freedom .feels like they are trying to take employees to their hand grip.
Linited Friday break fast.
min 8 max 22 hours work timings
I have seldom have seen companies genuinely concerned about their employees. In my experience the top management were always thinking about the good of the employees. Even though there were people stretching every week. Most of them do it out of habit. The behavior was frowned upon and we would have a personal meeting with the offenders.
If you are good at your area of work and if you can do it in the given time(often you will have to sit on it to finish it on time), then this place will suite you. Good pr will help you to climb the ladder, else you may end up staying at the same position for a long time. Stress levels are normally very high if you are a lead/supervisor/production coordinator etc. Overall this is a good place to work and the pay is also not bad.
Some politics in the background
Excellent place to work if you're interested in VFX industries. Can learn a lot on your own as there are many platforms to learn multiple softwares available in the company itself.
Good place to work, free Friday breakfast, monthly snacks, shift allowance, cab and bus pass free.
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!
